Today
I made soup curry. I often make curry but It was the first time I’ve made soup
curry. I want to eat some ethnic taste, so I added coconut milk and cashew nuts
to the soup curry. The main ingredients is shrimp because I like them very much!
Stew the shrimp and crushed cashew nuts in the coconut milk. When I stewed the curry,
I was happy to smell it. π€€
After cooking, I ate the curry and it was very delicious! The mild flavor of the coconut milk and the sourness of the tomatoes made are a very good match! It was really delicious, so then I thought about opening my curry restaurant. π I want to make again!
