02 Enjoy to Walking in Nigata

My Great Experience by Walk in Niigata

 October 12, I went to the hakusan shrine by walk from the Niigata station. Weather was very lovely. There isn’t cloud in the sky but not too hot.

 When I arrived the hakusan shrine, I was surprised. There are many children and their parents. They were all wearing Kimono. Then I realized that “today is shichi-go-san!”. I remembered my shichi-go-san, my hart became warm.😊 After, I went to remplir+. It is cake shop, I aet three cakes. Not too sweet roll cake, tarte tatin and chocolate cake flavor of rum. It was very delicious but I’m felt sick from eating too much. So I want to walk again, I went to the Niigata-daizingu. There is surrounded a lot of trees. Trees made shade so I’m comfortable.

 I leaved the Niigata-daizingu, I could see Japanese traditional house and road. I get a close, I noticed I can look in the house. It is former the saitos separate house. The house had beautiful Japanese style garden. Then I kwon word “teioku-ichinyo”. this means that thinking architecture and garden is one thing. I can see and know new things. I was very interesting to good experience!

Delicious!

Every day sonowed in this week. 🤧🍂 December 16  I made Poached egg today. I went back my home, I found a poached egg recipe. I’ve ever made poached egg but I failed each time. However, this recipe was looks easy and delicious! Then, I tried. 😤❤ ️‍🔥 Result, I succussed! I put it on the toast and ate. I cut the egg, the egg yolk overflow. I want to made egg benedict but I didn’t know that how I make sauce hollandaise, so I add herb salt instead of the sauce. Herb salt is very match with egg. I ate stew and salad too. I was happy. Dinner December 18  I went to Kourakuen with my friends at lunch time. We ate ramen in there. Today was cold snowing, so we went to the Kourakuen as fast as possible from school. In to the Kourakuen, we didn’t have to wait long time to sit. Many sweets!

 I aet a lot of sweets this week!🥰🍩🎀 November 9 Today, I ate chocolate roll bread. Custard cream is kneaded into it. This bread chocolate flavor throughout but some time soft custard flavor spread. This bread is included my favorite one! I ate it for breakfast after went to walk outside. This morning, my room temperature is 13 Celsius so, I thought that today is cold. But when I went to outside, I feel warm so, I was surprised. I walk in riverbed with hear sound of river. Then a little yellow butterfly is fluttering. I felt a small happiness today. 😌 ✨ Chocolate roll bread   November 11 and 14   I ate two donuts for 11 th dinner. One flavor is strawberry and another one is chocolate. Both is not too sweet and crunchy. Strawberry’s is put some small pieces like a cookie and chocolate’s is put small chocolate chips.
